The unique CTCSS/DCS encoding and decoding function allows you to ignore unwanted calls on the frequency you’re using. The radio has a busy channel lock-out feature and a time-out timer feature, which limits each transmission time. It has an easy-to-read dot matrix LCD screen and a programmable keyboard with a built-in keylock. The two-way radio is powered by a lithium ion battery that can be charged with the included charger and there is a battery save mode. It also features an emergency alarm call, FM radio reception, and includes a headset and a belt clip for ease of carry.
